Where do you ship?

  • Domestically: All 50 US states and our territories.
  • Internationally: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, S Korea, Singapore, New Zealand.

Where do you ship from?

  • We ship from Florida, USA!

How much is shipping? 

  • Shipping prices vary depending on the weight/size of your order, as well as your geographical location. Your shipping options will be calculated at checkout after you enter your address.
  • International Customers: You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes and/or duties from your country.

We reserve the right to request additional shipping fees for bulky/oversized orders.

How long does it take to ship?

We process and package orders within 1-3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. You will get a shipping notification email within 24 hours of the time the order is shipped, which includes your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking info to update. 

When will I get my order?

You will see estimated delivery dates at checkout. These dates are estimates by the selected carrier, USPS or UPS, and are not guarantees. You can track your order from your order history or email. 

Please note, during busy holiday seasons, there may be longer fulfillment and transit times. 

Why was my order delayed?

Shipping carriers may be delayed due to a sudden increase in shipment volume, national holidays and severe weather. 

  • The United States Postal Service is always closed on Federal holidays: USPS Holidays (opens in new tab)
  • UPS is closed on New Year’s (Jan 1), Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving (Nov 23), and Christmas Day (Dec 25).

    All packages will ship via the United States Postal Service, with delivery by your local post. These shipments are 'DDU', which means they are 'delivered-duty-unpaid' and you will be responsible for any fees, taxes and duties imposed by your local customs authority.

    What is Asendia? 

    Asendia is an International logistics and delivery company that started in 2012 as a joint venture between French La Poste and Swiss Post. They have 32 global locations (in 4 continents) and offer a wide variety of services for e-commerce retailers worldwide.

    • How does it work?

    From the USA, we ship your package to their hub in Miami, where they sort, consolidate and pre-process customs information. The package is then sent via their local shipping partner, USPS, in the same manner as First Class International, with delivery by your local post. 

    Canada, your packages are shipped USPS First Class International and you don't have any additional transit delay. 

    • Is it trackable?

    Tracking is available to 55 countries, which includes the ones we currently ship to. They have unique tracking codes, so you must use their website to track. You will receive a separate email from our shipping provider with tracking information.

     

    Why isn't my preferred shipping option available?

    • Your package may no longer be within the weight limit for the desired service or it may contain a hazardous item with shipping restrictions.

    What are shipping restrictions?

    • Some items may only ship by ground transportation. There will be a disclaimer on the product page. This will include anything considered flammable by the Department of Transportation, such as candles, perfumes, body sprays and lithium-ion batteries (found in rechargeable items). We thank you for your understanding.
    • International customers: some products may be prohibited in your country.
