Online Store Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for online purchases. If warranted, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
In-Person Sales Return Policy
We will accept most items for exchange or store credit within 30 days, provided they are in their original condition, with proof of purchase.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders are unable to be canceled or modified after they are placed, we work quickly to get them packaged and shipped.
Delivery Issues
- Please verify your shipping information before checkout, we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Please contact the shipping carrier if you encounter a missed delivery/attempt, so that they may help you directly.
- If your package is returned for any reason, we will contact you.
Damaged Items
Insurance is automatically included on domestic packages, up to $100. Please contact us immediately if your insured package has damaged contents, so we can help you file a claim. You must retain all of the original packaging and provide proof of the damage, which may include physical inspection at a local USPS branch.
